You will be notified via email should selected product not be available from this area. 

Any items received by you that are not usable must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date. Picture of unusable products due to shipping must be with your email for verification of actual damages other than those listed on our site. 

Enclose picture of packaging as received, preferable prior to opening the package.

Items listed in damages may not have a picture available for such damaged items.  You can go the to the new product page and view the product in its new condition.

Products listed as damaged on the site in the product selection page(s) do not contain product damage photos.

Your credit card will not be

processed should your selection be out of stock or sold out at the time of purchase.  A new product may be purchased at the new product price in which the additional charges will be added to your invoice.
